Aurakyo Insoo

In her first life Aurakyo Insoo is an Argentine artist, fashion designer, and social activist. Her complex and compelling three dimensional installations in Second Life express the tenuous and vulnerable emergence of love and hope in a world that often lies in fragments. In the words of the artist:

"I love to be experimenting, hunting, growing, breathing new spaces to begin something. Art is a secret, a sacred estate, a miracle, an illusion, a whisper and a shout. So maybe it is important to be thankful to Art, and to be open to learn, and to give others what we have learned. In RL I create in different ways and with different tools, like photography, performances, dance, short movies, etc. Second Life is a universe where I try also to express myself, making the same creations that I do in my real life with different and hallucinating challenges, creating spaces to give some reflection and happiness to others."
